MANDATE
The Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines in Chongqing (Chongqing PCG) is one of the many foreign service posts established by the Department of Foreign Affairs all over the world.
The opening of Chongqing PCG aims to better serve the overseas Filipinos and to further boost trade and investment links, tourism promotion, cultural and educational cooperation and exchanges, and people-to-people contacts between the Philippines and the center and western region of China. Chongqing PCG is one of the seven (7) foreign service posts of the Philippines.
Chongqing PCG was officially opened on 29 December 2008. Its consular jurisdiction covers Chongqing Municipality and the Provinces of Yunnan and Guizhou.

FINGERPRINT CERTIFICATION FOR NBI CLEARANCE APPLICATION IN THE PHILIPPINES
Note: The Philippine Consulate General can only certify the fingerprints of the applicant. It is this certification that will be used by the applicant’s authorized representative in the Philippines applying for NBI clearance on his behalf. The NBI will issue the Clearance and collect the appropriate fee for said clearance.
