WAIVER OF EXCLUSION GROUND (WEG) FOR UNACCOMPANIED MINOR CHILDREN
未成年人拒绝入境赦免声明

A guardian or either parent of the minor children below fifteen (15) years old who are holding foreign passports and who are traveling unaccompanied by a parent to the Philippines must apply for affidavit of consent to travel and request for the issuance of the waiver of exclusion ground (WEG). The actual WEG must be applied for at the Bureau of Immigration upon arrival in the Philippines.

持有外国护照的十五 (15) 岁以下未成年子女的监护人或父母中的任何一方必须在没有父母陪同或不与父母同行的情况下在菲律宾旅行时，必须申请同意出行及申请拒绝入境赦免声明 (WEG)。 实际的 WEG 必须在抵达菲律宾时向移民局申请。

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. Affidavit of consent to travel and request for the issuance of the waiver of exclusion ground (WEG) of either parent naming the person who will accompany the child.
    父母其中任意一方签署的同意出行及申请拒绝入境赦免声明（WEG）
  1. Copy of birth certificate of the child
    子女出生证明
  1. Photocopy of either parent’s passport
    父母一方护照复印件
  1. Photocopy of passport of the accompanying person
    陪同人员护照复印件
  1. Fee for the notarization of the affidavit
    声明认证费用:  人民币 RMB190.00

Expedited Processing Fee 加急受理:

      • One day 1 个工作日 (next business day第二天领取)  -  人民币 RMB 190.00
      • Two working days 2 个工作日 -人民币 RMB 114.00

 

Note: Request for expedited processing of visa applications shall be subject to approval by the Visa Officer.
注意：签证申请加急办理需征得总领馆同意。
