菲律宾驻重庆总领事馆敬告公众：因遇春节假期，签证申请于2025年2月5日恢复受理。
The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing informs the public that visa processing will resume on 05 February 2025, in observance of the Spring Festival.

 REQUIREMENTS

1. Visa Application Form (FA Form No. 2)
   签证申请表 (FA Form No. 2)

2. One (1) passport photo of the applicants (white background and 2 inches x 2 inches in size)
   请人近期照片一 (1) 张（白色背景，尺寸为 2 英寸 x 2 英寸（护照照片规格））;

3. Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the period of authorized stay in the Philippines
   申请人护照原件和复印件一份，有效期至少六（6）个月不包含在菲停留期;

4. Application for Group Tour Visa in triplicate copy
   团队旅游签证申请表一式三份;

5. Photocopy each of the passport data page of each tour group member
   团员护照个人信息页复印件;

6. Name list for Group Tour Visa
   团签人员名单表;

7. Endorsement letter from the Chinese travel agency addressed to the Visa Section
   中方旅行社提供的申请书;

8. Flight booking or airline certification attesting that the members of the tour groups have purchased roundtrip flights
   机票预订或航空公司公司确认函证明团队持有往返机票;

9. Affidavit of Support and Guarantee executed by the Philippine travel agent; and
   菲律宾旅行社提供的担保函；以及

10. Visa fees
    签证费用:

人民币 RMB 190.00 each每人 – Tour Group with less than 20 members 20人以内的团队 (single entry单次入境)
人民币 RMB 114.00 each每人 – Tour Group with 20 and above members 20人以上的团队 (single entry单次入境)

Processing Time 受理时间:  three (3) working days 3个工作日
