REQUIREMENTS

For documents issued by the Chinese Government (Chongqing, Yunnan, and Guizhou):

1. Original and (1) photocopy of the authenticated document:
   Authentication of Chinese documents require prior notarization by a notary public in China and authentication by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing, Yunnan, or Guizhou.

2. Fee: RMB 190.00
3. For documents issued in the Philippines to be used in Chongqing, China (under special circumstances and when required only by the Chinese government agency to whom the document will be submitted):

• • Original document authenticated by authorized authentication offices in the Philippines (issuing agency and DFA);
  • Photocopy of the document;
  • Original passport and one (1) photocopy of the passport data page of the applicants; and
  • Fee: RMB 190.00
  • Number of Processing Days - Three (3) working days

Note: Payment may be made in cash or through bank transfer.
