The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing informs the public that visa processing will resume on 05 February 2025, in observance of the Spring Festival.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Visa Application Form (FA Form No. 2)
   签证申请表 (FA Form No. 2)

2. Valid endorsement of the visa application form from the DFA
   菲律宾外交部签证授权文件

3. Personal appearance
   亲自到场

4. Recent photo 近照(white background, 2 inches x 2 inches白底，2寸)

5. Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the authorized stay in the Philippines
   有效期至少六（6）个月不包含在菲停留期 (with 1 photocopy of the data page 护照信息页复印件一份); not applicable to 9(e) visa applicants不适用于9e签证

1. 1. Notarized affidavit of support and guarantee executed by the Philippine sponsor/guarantor

8. Confirmed hotel booking or letter from the employer if accommodation is covered by the employer
