Overseas Absentee Voters who failed to vote twice in consecutive elections are required to file a manifestation of intent to vote, or their names will be deleted from the National Registry of Overseas Voters. This manifestation can be filed at the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing or at any Philippine Foreign Service Post. The deadline for filing the manifestation is 11 January 2012.
