The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing is pleased to share with the Filipino communities the attached infographics regarding the COMELEC-Office for Overseas Voting’s (OFOV’s) online frontline services, in connection with the registration for the coming 2022 National Elections.

            The online service is available for qualified Filipino voters, particularly those who already have existing voters’ registration records with complete biometric data in COMELEC’s database.

            Those without active and valid voters’ registration in the Philippines or at any other Philippine Embassies or Consulates General will still need to come to the Consulate for the capturing of biometric data, such as fingerprint and photo.

            The Philippine Consulate General urges unregistered overseas Filipino voters to register on or before 30 September 2021.
