Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) Hearing

To the Filipino Communities in Chongqing Municipality, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces:

The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing would like to inform the Filipino Communities in Chongqing municipality, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) hearing for the approval of applications for Overseas Voting registration, change/corrections of entries in the registration records, deactivation, reactivation, cancellation of registration records and reinstatement of names inadvertently omitted from the list of voters, will be held at the Consulate General’s premises on 21 May 2018 (Monday) at 05:00PM.

Below is the list of applicants who have applied for the period 01 to 30 April 2018.  The last day to file oppositions to the applications is on 14 May 2018.
