Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) Hearing

To the Filipino Communities in Chongqing Municipality, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces:

          The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing would like to inform the Filipino Communities in Chongqing municipality, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) hearing for the approval of applications for Overseas Voting registration, change/corrections of entries in the registration records, deactivation, reactivation, cancellation of registration records and reinstatement of names inadvertently omitted from the list of voters, will be held at the Consulate General’s premises on 18 May 2015 at 05:00PM.                                                    

          Below is the list of applicants who have applied for the period 01 February 2015 to 30 April 2015.  The last day to file oppositions to applications is on 11 May 2015.
