Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) Hearing

To the Filipino Communities in Chongqing Municipality, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces:

The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing would like to inform the Filipino Communities in Chongqing Municipality, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) hearing for the approval of applications for Overseas Voting registration, change/corrections of entries in the registration records, deactivation, reactivation, cancellation of registration records and reinstatement of names inadvertently omitted from the list of voters, will be held at the Consulate General’s premises on 17 November 2014 at 05:30PM.

Below is the list of applicants who have applied for the period 01 August 2014 to 31 October 2014. The last day to post Notice of Hearing with list of applicants is on 03 November 2014 and the last day to file oppositions to applications will be on 10 November 2014.
