PH Consulate General in Chongqing welcomes Beidou Jie’An’s partnership with PH IT company

Chongqing, 8 February 2023 – Philippine Consul General Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo welcomed Ms. Fu Tao, Vice-President, and Mr. Wei Lu, International Business Manager, of Chongqing Beidou Jie’An Neo-Technology, Ltd. (BDJA) today to discuss the latter’s new business and future plans for the Philippines’ electric vehicle market.

Mr. Wei Lu introduced the salient features of BDJA’s high-speed electric motorcycles with built-in intelligent features including vehicle tracking, overspeeding alarm, electronic fence and proximity sensors, among other smart features.   BDJA also has the capacity to invest in e-vehicle infrastructure, including charging stations.

Consul General Mayo shared her insights on the Philippine automotive industry, particularly the advantages provided under the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Acts and other investment schemes.  She assured BDJA of the Consulate’s readiness to facilitate further briefings by relevant Philippine agencies.  END
