Vaccination Certificates for Inbound and Outbound Travelers to and from the Philippines
The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing informs the public of the salient points in the interim guidelines issued by the National COVID-19 Vaccination Operations Center (NVOC) applicable to inbound and outbound travelers to and from the Philippines until the Certificate of Vaccination Record Portal becomes fully operational.
These important points are as follows:
1. Outbound travelers who have been fully vaccinated in the Philippines may apply for an International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) or “Yellow Card” with the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) if such is required in the country of destination. They may register for appointment through boq.pisopay.com.ph. Attached as Annex A is the application process.
2. Inbound travelers who have been fully vaccinated in the Philippines may present upon their arrival any of the following documents:
a. LGU-issued or hospital-issued vaccination cards;
b. LGU-issued vaccine certificates; or
c. BOQ-issued ICV or Yellow Card.
3. Inbound travelers who have been fully vaccinated outside the Philippines may present either of the following documents:
a. Vaccination card issued by other countries; or
b. ICV issued by other countries.
