Linamnam - A Philippine Culinary Heritage Symposium on 27 April 2021

The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing wishes to invite everyone to the National Commission for Culture and the Arts’ (NCCA) webinar on “Linamnam: A Philippine Culinary Heritage Symposium which will be held on 27 April 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (Philippine Standard Time) in celebration of Filipino Food Month.

The webinar will feature a lecture on Philippine Cuisine by veteran culinary historian and cultural heritage advocate, Ms. Felice Prudente Sta. Maria, and cooking demos of celebrity chef/restaurateur and cookbook author, Chef Myke “Tatung” Sarthou. A live Q&A with the featured culinary experts will cap off the event. The webinar will be streamed live in NCCA’s official Facebook page.
