PH Consulate General in Chongqing receives representatives from the Guiyang Municipal People’s Government Chongqing, 09 October 2024 – Philippine Vice Consul Jed Elroy E. Rendor (middle) received representatives from the Guiyang Municipal People’s Government. Guiyang, the capital city of Guizhou province, is one of the fastest growing cities in China and is known for its mountainous landscapes and cultural heritage.

Vice Consul Rendor and the representatives from Guiyang Municipal People’s Government discussed opportunities for developing trade and economic exchange, especially on Guiyang’s priority areas of logistics, alcoholic beverages, and organic food. Vice Consul Rendor expressed optimism that the Philippines will continue to participate in expos and events held at Guiyang.
