PH Consulate General in Chongqing joins the panel of judges for the Final Contest of the 4th Chongqing Medical English Competition
Chongqing, 13 September 2024 - (Right photo) Vice Consul Elroy Rendor (rightmost) represented the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing in the panel of judges for the final contest of the 4th Chongqing Medical English Competition at the Chongqing Medical and Pharmaceutical College. The judging panel was led by Ms. Scarlett Li (leftmost) of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and joined by Consul General Anthony Preston of the British Consulate General in Chongqing, along with other representatives from the academe.
Organized by the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, the annual competition showcases the use of medical English to foster international exchange and mutual learning. This year, participants competed in the Medical English Mini-Lecture, English Film Dubbing, and “Wordbank King” contests. END
