INVITATION TO BID
SALE OF UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTY/EQUIPMENT
The Philippine Consulate in Chongqing, through its Disposal Committee, now invites all interested parties to participate in the Bidding of the Consulate’s unserviceable properties on “AS IS and WHERE IS” basis, to wit:

The Bid shall not be lower than the Government Minimum Selling Price. Interested buyers may bid for the above items.
Bidders shall be allowed to conduct physical inspection of the unserviceable properties from 04 November 2020 to 16 November from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The bidders shall inform the Disposable Committee through a written notice confirming their conduct of inspection. It shall be submitted during or prior to the opening of Bids.
The Disposal Committee of the Philippine Consulate General, will hold a pre-bid conference on 09 November 2020, 2:00 PM at the PCG, 2202, 2203-1 WFC Building, 188 Min Zu Road, Yu Zhong District, Chongqing, which shall be open to all interested parties.
The interested parties/buyers may secure the Bid Form from Ms. Yvonne G. Mofar, member, Disposal Committee at the office of the Property Officer, located in the abovementioned address.
The sealed bid/offer must be delivered on or before 12:00 noon on 16 November 2020 at the Philippine Consulate General.
Opening of sealed bids shall be held on 16 November 2020, 2:00 pm at the PCG Conference room. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or authorized representatives.
The Philippine Consulate General reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
The attached terms and conditions shall apply to the public bidding of unserviceable properties-equipment of the Philippine Consulate General.
