INVITATION TO BID/TENDER No. 01-2017
FOR THE CONSULATE’S SERVICE CAR (PASSENGER VAN WITH AN ENGINE DISPLACEMENT EXCEEDING 2200 cc, GASOLINE-FED)
- The Phlippine Consulate General in Chongqing, through the authorized appropriations under the General Appropriations Act of FY 2016, authority from the Secretary of Foreign Affairs dated 21 March 2017, the Department of Budget and Management’s recommendation dated 21 May 2016, and the approval of the Office of the President dated 28 December 2016, intends to apply the sum of RMB 351,252.30 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments for the purchase of the Consulate’s “Passenger Van with an engine displacment exceeding 2200 cc gasoline-fed”.
- The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids from local companies in Chongqing for the “Purchase of Consulate Service Car,” described as follows:

Bids received in excess of RMB 351,252.30 shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bid Opening Venue: Conference Room, Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing
- Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in accordance with the Philippines’ R.A.9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Interested companies may obtain further information from BAC (Contact Person: Mr. Timothy Wang) and obtain bidding documents and requirements at the address given below from 24 March 2017 until 31 March 2017, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
- BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
Interested bidders are invited to attend the Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, 23 March 2017, at 2:00 PM at the Conference Room.
