Consular services and consultation

The Consulate will provide the following consular services:

·        Notarization of documents (SPA, affidavit, contracts) to be used in the Philippines

·      Authentication of documents issued by local authorities in Yunnan (as authenticated by the Yunnan Foreign Affairs Office)

·       Reporting of Birth or Marriage

· Certification of passport (for those who need a certification that their new passport is a mere renewal of their old passport, especially if there was a change in the name)

·      NBI fingerprint certification

·      Passport processing (renewal or new application)

·      Consular consultations
