Online Appointment System for Passport Applications

            The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing would like to inform the public that all Filipinos who wish to apply for new passport or renew their passport at the Consulate can now book their appointments online beginning 4 January 2021 at:

https://www.passport.gov.ph

On the homepage, kindly do the following:

1. Click “Schedule an Appointment”;
2. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box to indicate your consent;
3. Click “Start Individual Appointment” for a single application or “Start Group Appointment” for multiple applications;
4. In choosing the Site Location, please select: ASIA PACIFIC (Region), CHINA (Country), then PCG CHONGQING (Site);
5. Choose your preferred schedule and time slot; and
6. Fill in the required information.
