REVISED GUIDELINES PER IATF-MEID RESOLUTION NO. 151-A, SERIES OF 2021
The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing hereby informs the public of the recent issuance from the Inter-Agency Task Force (Res. No. 151-A, s. 2021), amending the list of travel-restricted countries (Red List), as well as the testing and quarantine protocol for “Green List” countries, territories, and jurisdictions.
For the information of those traveling from Mainland China, classified as a Green List country, effective 28 November 2021 until 15 December 2021, the following guidelines shall be observed:
- Passengers from Green List countries or territories shall undergo testing and quarantine protocols as those for passengers arriving in the Philippines from “Yellow List” countries or territories.
- In view of this, fully vaccinated passengers with a negative RT-PCR testtaken within 72 hours prior to departure from country of origin shall undergo facility-based quarantine until release of negative RT-PCR test taken on the 3rd day, and 14-day self-monitoring, with the date of arrival being the first day.
- For fully vaccinated passengers but without pre-departure RT-PCR test, they shall undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of negative RT-PCR test on the 5thday, and home quarantine until the 10th day from the date of arrival.
- For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated individuals, or those whose vaccination could not be validated, they shall undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of negative RT-PCG test on the 7thday, followed by home quarantine until the 14th day from the date of arrival.
Those who come from or who have traveled to travel-restricted countries or Red List countries or territories in the past 14 days shall not be allowed entry, except Filipinos returning via repatriation flights, subject to health and quarantine requirements.
