Health Code and Negative Nucleic Acid Test Result
The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing advises the public that the World Financial Center, where the Consulate is located, requires the presentation of health codes and negative nucleic acid test results of visitors and clients due to the confirmation of locally transmitted COVID-19 cases in Chongqing and neighboring provinces.
The following guidance is given:
- If you are from low-risk areas in Chongqing, you must present a green Yukangma/Chongqing Health Code and Itinerary Code (行程吗).
- If you are from low-risk areas outside Chongqing, you must present a negative nucleic acid test result within the past 48 hours and a green Itinerary Code (行程吗).
- If you are from medium- to high-risk areas, whether within or outside Chongqing, kindly wait for advice from the local authorities regarding leaving your communities.
Visitors are further advised to pay attention to the announcements and notices by local authorities and strictly observe health and safety protocols.
