One Health Pass

            The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing informs the public that beginning 01 September 2021, international travelers to the Philippines are required to register for the One Health Pass by the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine and the Department of Transportation One-Stop Shop. Registration may be made few days before arrival in the Philippines at https://onehealthpass.com.ph/.

The One Health Pass is an electronic system that promotes the “convenient and seamless movement of international travelers from departure from country of origin to arrival at the local government unit of destination beginning 01 September 2021 and for the duration of the state of national public health emergency.” (IATF Resolution No. 135, s. 2021)

            The following are, however, exempted from the requirement of using OneHealthPass per IATF Resolution No. 136-C, series of 2021:

  1. Local and foreign diplomats and their dependents;
  2. Foreign delegations;
  3. Philippine officials and their delegations on official travel abroad;
  4. Philippine officials and their dependents returning to the Philippines at the end of their tour of duty abroad; and
  5. Law enforcers in connection with the implementation of treaty obligations on extradition, mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, and transfer of sentenced persons, including those who will accept the physical transfer of custody of the person being deported to the country of nationality or origin.
