Electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) for Filipinos Returning to the Philippines and List of Mandatory Quarantine Facilities
The Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing would like to advise all Filipinos in its jurisdiction who will be returning to the Philippines to register, fill-out the electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF), and secure their QR Code prior to arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
The one-stop shop that was set-up at the NAIA will be implementing the QR Code System to fast track the mandatory health protocols upon arrival at the airport.
In order to accomplish the e-CIF and obtain a QR Code, please do the following:
- Open internet browser and go to ecif.redcross.com.ph
- Fill out the form and click SUBMIT
- Save the QR Code in a mobile phone or tablet by taking a screenshot or by printing out a copy of the QR Code
- Present the QR Code upon health assessment for the RT-PCR Testing for COVID-19 at NAIA.
However, due to frequent cancellations and modifications of flights recently, Filipinos are advised to accomplish the e-CIF and obtain the QR Code within one (1) day before the flight and only when their flights to the Philippines are confirmed, to avoid multiple submissions when flights are cancelled and rebooked.
Finally, as of 11 June 2020, the list of facilities for mandatory quarantine is available on this website: http://quarantine.doh.gov.ph/facilities-inspected-as-of-june-11-2020/ The list may change from time to time, and regularly checking the available list on the website is encouraged.
