NOTICE TO ACCREDITED TRAVEL AGENCIES FILING VISA APPLICATIONS AT THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL IN CHONGQING

             Please be informed that the Philippine’s Department of Foreign Affairs-Office of Consular Affairs will be conducting a briefing on the implementation of the Online Visa Application System (OVAS) in the afternoon of 17 December 2019 at the Philippine Embassy in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.

菲律宾外交部领事司将于2019年12月17日下午在北京的菲律宾驻华大使馆举行有关在线签证申请系统（OVAS）实施的简报 。

            As the OVAS will be implemented soon, and new procedures for the filing of visa applications will be in place, we hope that you will be able to send one (1) representative to the briefing.

由于该系统即将实施，新的签证申请程序也已到位，谨希望贵社能够派遣一（1）名代表参加会议。

            Kindly inform us of the name of your representative on or before 11:30 AM of 09 December 2019, as we need to transmit the names of the representatives in the afternoon of the same day.

请在2019年12月9日上午11:30或之前将参会代表姓名通知我馆，当天下午我馆会将代表姓名转至使馆。
